From the way the headers and exhaust piping is bent (see how there are kept really close to the sides of the engine), it looks like they were designed to clear the wheel wells. I don't think a turbo will fit there, but we'll see... Plus, there are still other parts such as intake piping, ICs, etc. A single low pressure turbo setup without an IC may fit, but the dual exhaust makes it tough. A twin turbo setup is a plumbing nightmare with the single TB and lack of engine space... it certainly suggests to me that Nissan won't have a turbo model, at least not with the VQ35...
